  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage
  • Third-party API access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Supabase with enterprise-grade security controls
  • Access to production systems is restricted and audited

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements). Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve it. These may include Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for infrastructure, Google for AI services).
