Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the Modulus platform ("Service"), operated by Martecko under Modulus Digital. We aim to be fair and transparent about our refund practices.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:
- You can cancel your subscription from your account settings within the Modulus dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
- You will continue to have full access to all paid features until your billing period expires.
- After your billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation, unless you resubscribe.
- Cancellation does not result in immediate loss of access or data deletion.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Within 7 Days of Purchase
- If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal.
- Refund requests within this window will be processed without questions asked.
- For annual plans, a pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
After 7 Days
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase or renewal date are generally not eligible for a refund.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged service outage, billing errors, or duplicate charges), we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- We encourage you to cancel your subscription instead, which allows you to retain access until the end of your billing period.
Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for any billing period that has already elapsed are non-refundable (except within the 7-day window).
- Add-on purchases or one-time charges, once consumed or delivered, are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available if your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@modulusdigital.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and the reason for your refund request.
- If applicable, include your Razorpay transaction ID or payment receipt.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
- If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
5. Plan Downgrades
If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan (e.g., from Agency to Pro), the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades; however, you may request a refund within the 7-day window if you recently renewed.
6. Plan Upgrades
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The upgraded features become available immediately upon successful payment.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
